Villa Rosita has its own private drive and entrance, with parking for up to two cars.
Garden
To the rear of Villa Rosita is a relaxing and peaceful garden area with koi fish pond and “bale” (Balinese gazebo), ideal to relax and forget the worries of the world.
Pool and Jacuzzi
To the front of Villa Rosita is our magnificent infinity pool and outdoor jacuzzi, equipped with sun-loungers and with views out over the beach to the ocean and horizon in the distance. The pool, jacuzzi and other facilities at Villa Rosita are all entirely private and for your use as guests only.
Beachfront Gazebo
Next to the pool is our gazebo, offering outdoor dining, and a comfortably lounge area where you can sit back, relax and just enjoy the ocean views.

Living Areas
Living Room
The living room occupies most of the ground floor, and has large screen TV, and full music system, that can play both inside and outside of Villa Rosita. Comfortable sofas are great for socialising or for just sitting back and enjoying the view.
Dining Room
The main dining area is also on the ground floor of Villa Rosita. With seating for up to 10 guests (although chairs can be added if you are more) and also enjoying the wonderful ocean views that can be seen from almost all parts of Villa Rosita.
Kitchen
Villa Rosita has a fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, fridge and freezer. Villa Rosita is a fully serviced villa, and so food and drink is provided. High quality meals are able to be prepared by our in-villa chef and his assistants for only the actual cost of groceries, plus a 20% villa charge. The charge covers the grocery expenses that do not have a receipt, such as transport fuel and maintaining a stock of basic ingredients.

BEDROOM 1
Downstairs Ocean View Double Bedroom
Conveniently located just off the lounge, with wonderful sea views. King sized double bed and lots of space. As with all our bedrooms, also with large screen TV and access to our library of movies, series and music, and ensuite bathroom with bath.
BEDROOM 2
Upstairs Ocean View Main Double Bedroom
At the front of Villa Rosita with its own balcony, and fantastic panoramic views out to the sea. This is the largest bedroom in Villa Rosita, with lounge area and fitted wardrobes, and the ensuite bathroom also has a hot jacuzzi bath.
BEDROOM 3
Upstairs Ocean View Double Bedroom
Also at the front of Villa Rosita with a balcony, and the same great ocean views as the Main bedroom.
BEDROOM 4
Upstairs Volcano & Garden View Bedroom
To the rear of Villa Rosita, with picturesque views out over the garden and the rice fields to Mount Agung, the largest volcano in Bali, in the distance. Can be set up as a double or twin bedroom – private ensuite bathroom.
BEDROOM 5
Upstairs Volcano & Garden View Bedroom
To the rear of Villa Rosita, with the same great volcano views as Bedroom 4. King-sized Double bedroom with balcony – Adjoins Bedroom 6 via the shared bathroom.
BEDROOM 6
Upstairs Bunk Bed Bedroom
Stand-alone bedroom with private entrance and two adult sized bunk beds. Shares the bathroom with Bedroom 5, so it is ideal for families with kids, but also able to be used by adults. This room is not included in the Standard Rate for 10 guests.
BEDROOM 7
Upstairs Twin/Double Bedroom
Fully equipped double/twin bedroom with own private ensuite bathroom. No views, but still a nice room. This room however is not included in the Standard Rate for 10 guests.

We have good quality extra beds, and also a cot bed for infants that can be put into any of the main 5 bedrooms upon request, although additional charges may apply. If you require additional beds or cots then please let us know, as there are options to hire further beds and bedding if requested by guests.

Villa Rosita has a separate gym located in the garden, with treadmill, cycling machine and weights, as well as TV.

Next to the gym is our Games Room, with seating and pool table, ideal for relaxing.

Bathrooms
Every bedroom at Villa Rosita has its own private ensuite bathroom.
The ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom has a jacuzzi bath, and the ensuite to bedroom 1 also has its own bath (and separate shower).
The ensuite bathroom for Bedroom 5, is able to be shared with guests staying in Bedroom 6 – Upstairs Bunk Bed Room, making it ideal for families with small children.
There are also additional bathrooms by the Beach Side Gazebo, and a Powder room (toilet and sink only) off the lounge.
